About The Towne Lake Driving School

Towne Lake Driving School has been established to serve the Towne Lake, Woodstock, Cherokee and Cobb Counties with the finest driver training available. School owner, Dean Brownhill has spent nearly 3 decades providing education for students at the primary, secondary and higher education levels. He has served as the President of two colleges prior to founding Towne Lake Driving School.

Students receive personalized attention and training from education professionals with extensive experience in successfully teaching students. Our greatest strength is the dedication of our educators to providing the finest driver training available anywhere.

What We Offer

TLDS is fully licensed by the Georgia Department of Driver Services

All Training is in full compliance with "Joshua's Law" (S.B. 226) and graduates receive State of Georgia Certificates of Completion.

Courses are taught to the highest standards, upholding strong academic integrity, and practical hands-on experience.

Our Facilities and vehicles are modern, well maintained, clean and comfortable, and have been inspected and approved by the State of Georgia.

The State of Georgia recognizes that highly trained drivers such as those that complete the Towne Lake Driving School programs, will qualify for insurance rate reductions as noted under Georgia law O.C.G.A. 33-9-43.

Parents or Guardians are eligible for a tax credit of $150 when our program has been completed.
